Processing

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. During this time, we are printing, cutting and packing your happy mail. Depending if we have a sale or event going on, processing times can change. We will announce any delays with our processing times if that does happen to occur.

Shipping

Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan the package causing confusion with customers regarding the status of their package. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we cannot do much about that. If the package doesn't arrive after the estimated time of delivery please reach out to us to settle the issue.

We charge a flat rate fee for domestic and international shipping.

Domestic shipping usually takes about 5 to 7 business days for the package to arrive. It may arrive earlier or later depending on the location and season. All domestic packages will come with tracking.

International shipping usually take about 14 to 21 business days depending on location for the package to arrive. International packages will not come with a tracking number by default. Tracking must be purchased as an add on in order to reduce shipping cost for our international customers.
